Went to Juneau Auto Mall basically knowing what I wanted and didn’t want. Matt, my salesman was the absolute best. No pressure sales, and he listened to my wants. In addition to that, Chance, the finance manager was also very easy to work with. I was in an and out in less than 4 hours, which is pretty impressive. Definitely recommend this dealership!

I headed in to JAM in a minor panic after finding out that AML was no longer shipping plug-in hybrids. First the Auto Mall loses the payment from my bank and calls me at home at night telling me I must find where the $$ is, turns out to be an accounting error on their part..duh!..Then the used truck I bought sight unseen shows up without a spare tire/wheel and after repeatedly asking for one they now no longer return my calls...not very happy with them period.

Was never able to connect with anyone about getting pre approval. Filled out application was texted to give them a time to call back. I responded with 2 different times. They called but not during the time i requested. So they said they would try again during my second choice and I never heard back.
My car was serviced here n May 2025. The service staff made an appointment for me that fit my needs. The service was done quickly, and I was called to let me know it was ready to pick up. When I picked my car up the technician explained to me what was done, the checkups that were performed , and noted no issues. I like the communication from the dealership and the quality of the service. Well done!

I was impressed with how available he was and how quickly we were able to reach agreement on the transaction. Wonderful experience, great customer service, very happy with my purchase. Leo was great at communicating. I told him what I was interested in. Then I flew in from out of town the next day. Test drove 3 cars and purchases one that day. Flew home the following day and they shipped the car to me. I appreciate and value the understanding they have of meeting the needs of those of us coming from smaller southeast communities. I also purchased the extended warranty as I would prefer to deal with them in the future. Great experience and fabulous customer service!

I had my 10,000 mile warranty covered toyota care done here at a 9am appointment where they also agreed to install my back wiper blade I previously purchased. By 4pm, the car had yet to be serviced. I had a very positive experience here. Jamaal Bailey was my salesman, and he made the process easy. He worked very hard to get me just the right car, and I'm super happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Jamaal if you have any fears about buying a car because he is patient and low pressure but exceptionally tenacious.
Took my car in for an oil change. I appreciate that they not only fixed the license plate light that became loose, but cleaned the windshield AND added windshield wiper fluid!! Terrific service!!

I bought my Toyota Highlander exactly on year ago. The sales guy Eric Ficklin was great, and he followed up to ensure my satisfaction. The service staff has been superb over the last year. No issues. It might be nice if they had a shuttle service to run senior citizens to and from home for service appointments like the dealers in Anchorage, but that’s a minor issue. Maybe they have that but I didn’t ask. Actually this place is so nice I’m sure someone would have driven me home and back if I had asked!
Service department doesn't call a customer back to make an appointment several times so frustrating. It goes straight to voice mail. They never answer or call you back when automated voice mail comes on.
